what is the procedure to transfer the house on son's name

Hello All,
please tell me the procedure to transfer the house on son"s name after the death of Parents (Property near by Pune @ Dhayari)
Histroy of my friend-
Parents Expired in the year 2001.
He has 3 sisters (all married)
he is single.

what action he should take on this matter.
pls give your suggestion ASAP.

Nothing extra is no be done. On the death of a person his mother, wife and the child if any will automatically inherit the property is equal undivided share by operation of law of hindu succession. Now to avoid any future dispute they could make a partition deed to earmark their respective share.

Yes. I agree with Mr.barman. if the son wants to take it exclusively for himslef,then the sisters have to release their shares in favor of the brother.
