Do the interim maintenace starts from day1?
Can husband get some relief if wife is having master degree and there is no kid plus she filed 498a first?

teh court would order maintenance from day 1. relief can be claimed if the wife is also serving or has independent source of income

Husband attendance on every day not compulsory. No warrant, no summons. Only File ur reply , that too w/o attending court , Only ur adv pr enough. If she work/ earn, no mtn for her.

Shroff sir,
Before marriage she was working, after marriage she did some part time job( no proof).
From her parent's place she filed 125 crpc.
Even though she is capable of doing job but she wants maintence.
Do we have any escape for saving our hard money from 498a and cruel wife?
