What is the way out!!!!!!!!

Dear All,

Against a judgement of civil suit u/Order 37 C P C what are the remedy whether an appeal is maintainable or one can approach the High Court by way of C M (Main). What is the limitation period for the Appeal. The matter pertains to Delhi.

To file an appeal. The limitation period for filing an appeal is the same as that for an ordinary civil suit.

Has the suit been disposed off or is it only an interlocutory order?
If it is the former, file an appeal- limitation is usually 30 days.
If it is the latter, check Order 43A CPC whether the order is appealable? if it is appealable, file an appeal, otherwise file Revision in the HC--limitation is 90 days.
