The amount at which plaint is valued.

A decree is not compulsorily registrable in all cases.

The decree passed in the year 1985 cannot be got registered now in the year 2011 as an instrument can be registered within four months.

In a Declaratory suit on the basis of WILL, the Decree passed is not required to be registered.

Besides this, any decree passed in 1985 cannot be get registered now in 2011.

There is no need for registering a decree at all. It is very effective and live even as on date.
