I joined a college which is autonomous (arts & science) accredited high by NAAC commitee for my degree. it is residential college and very strict. using of mobile phones are not allowed there. one of my friend used a mobile inside the campus without the knowledge of staffs. it was stolen by some one and later he was caught by my friends and when theyasked the boy who stoled the mobile he refused that he doesnt know the mobile. they quarreled and the stolen boy was attacked by my friends at the night time. it was known by the authority of discipline commitee and some students including me was suspended on the same day. i told them that i was innocent about the matter and i had not even saw the boy beaten but they refused to hear me. then after 15 days all of us suspended were called for enquiry each separately. the commitee staffs asked me the matter and i told that i had not done that. they told that i will be excused if i accepted that i had also attacked the boy. without doing so how can i tell them like that. and they dismissed me from that college along with all those who dismissed... i have begged them very much but they refused to hear aanything.. all my friends including those who attacked the boy are also know that i have not done that and when i told that iam ready to proove me as my friends told that they would come for witness if called but the staffs threatend that they would also be dismissed with me.. then i left that college and my fatherbegin to hate me for this matter and quarreld and told me to left the house . then i left my family and now iam starving.. my friends are ready to come for witness even now.. please any one help me..

You can challenge the decision by way of a writ. But it all depends on how strong the evidence is against you. You cannot expect a full fledged disciplinary proceedings to be followed in such cases. What courts normally see is as to whether sufficient opportunity and principles of natural justice is followed in the enquiry.

If you are below 18 years ,you can approach juvenile justice Board .

You can challenge the decision by way of a writ or by a civil suit in the civil court . Challenge immediately and try to get stayed the proceeding against you in your college.
