You should be able to prove the same. Anyways, in case of your advocate, you can approach the Bar council of the state to take deciplinary action against the lawyer.

Do you have any proof?
Do not act rashly merely on suspicion.
Guest (Expert) 14 June 2012
Think of complaining only if you have water tight proof to prove the same. Else it may backfire.
bhagwat patil (Expert) 14 June 2012
for lawyer you can approach to bar council for judge to chief justice or anti corruption dept.

Better concentrate on your case on merits. Do not try to make complaint without complete proof. From the way that you are telling, it is very very difficult for you to prove. You will land in deep trouble if you make such false allegations without adequate proof. You may have a feeling that the said persons might have taken cash etc. etc., but on the basis of your feeling and suspicion you should not make allegations. Better be very very careful before doing any such things.

If you have strong evidence against your advocate for his professional misconduct or the judge about his favouritism in the case, you have every right to approach the appropriate authority with your complaint.

In case of professional misconduct of your advocate, you can make a complaint to the Bar Council. About favourism of the judge, you may better get the appeal at first decided against the order of the judge and then with proof of favouritism, you can approach the Vigilance Wing of the concerned HC/SC, as the case may be.
