Whether full judgement order release on the date of pronounc

Sir,

In general, pl let me know whether a judgement deliver by a justice, release speaking order on the same day pronounce the judgement. or just say petition allowed, dismissed....etc on the delivering date and take time further more to release order copy. Coz in my crl.op case petition allowed on May 2017. But still order not received even not uploaded in HC website. Kindly clarify

You should wait till the judgement is uploaded.In the alternative your council may communicate the order in brief.
