Whether on gift deed registration fee payable?

Sir,
My uncle as part of commitment likes to gift me a small site measuring 600sq.ft at a district place in Karnataka. On the registration of the deed am I have to pay normal Registration Fee. Or at the concessional rates applicable to the blood relatives.

Family in relation to the donor for this purpose means father, mother, husband,wife, son, daughter,daughter-in-law, brothers, sisters and grand children. Uncle does not fall in the definition of family as per The Karnataka Stamps Act, hence you need to pay full stamp duty and registration charges.
