whether permission is required for filing REJOINDER in CAT

Dear Friends,

Please inform whether prior permission is required through Hon'ble Bench before filing the rejoinder in Hon'ble CAT

REjoinder may be filed on the date fix for hearing with an application to file rejoinder.
No need any prior permission to file rejoinder,if you like prior permission you may proceed.

U can file rejoinder application, no permission is required.

I am sorry to differ from the above opinions. General procedure in all courts, including CAT, is that you need to take leave of the court for submission of any document, additional reply or rejoinder by giving a copy tot he other side counsel.

A rejoinder, is a reply to the written statement by respondent, requires permission of court across the bench. However, there is no need of filing a separate application.
