Whether right of way can be given through agreement.

Dear Sirs,

I would like to know whether right to use certain property for motor access can be given through an agreement(only stamp duty of Rs.100) and registering the same in SRO. Is it legally vaild?

The vendor can pass on title only of what is owned by him.
If he is the exclusive owner of the pathway he can transfer the same by way of paying stamp duty.
For stamp duty check with local registration authority.
