'B' state's courts only are having jurisdiction.

The bail application will be where the offence is commited.
PJANARDHANA REDDY (Expert) 28 January 2011
PLACE OF OFFENCE IS THE JURISDICTION OF SESSIONS COURT OF SAME DISTRICT/HIGH COURT OF SAME CAUSE OF ACTION OF STATE.
Bhawani Mahapatra (Expert) 28 January 2011
The place where the crime has been committed will decide the jurisdiction of the court to grant/refuse anticipatory bail. If the crime is committed in A state, the Court of session/High Court under whose jurisdiction the said place of crime is situated wiil accept/reject anticipatory bail application.
Advocate Bhartesh goyal (Expert) 28 January 2011
Jurisdiction of Session Judge where the offence is committed.
