You obtain the service of taxation lawyer of your locality pay him fee and obtain his reply as fast as you require.

If you are selling goods to your customers, you would be required to obtain registation under local VAT Act. if you are distributing the products as rewards or gifts then you are required to deduct TDS under Income-tax Act and obtain TAN. There may be other specific requirements of LAW which can be explained by detailed examination of your modus operandi, for that you may contact your local advisor.
