Who is eligible to take posession

Dear Sir/Madam, An SRA flat now ready for possession with both husband and wife are nominee on builders agreement and now wife re- married so who is eligible for taking possession, still wife or any of them children's. If wife still needs it then any problem. And what if one of the child objects to the society committee or builder not to hand over to her because they share equal rights of the property their father once owned. please reply, thank you.

are husband wife owners or nominees?
a nominee is only a trustee for all legal heirs . other children of father have equal rights on property . obtain succession certifcate
