This query was raised by me in criminal law, only one expert has replied, therefore I raise it again in civil law for advise of experts please.

Captain Sab! Really speaking such types of delays are found all over India. I am thankful to you who are still deposing faith in judicial system of our country. Unfortunately this system seems to be collapsed due to various reasons but your topic is not related to that issue to be discussed in details.
Anyway, you should move an additional application to decide the matter within a short span of time due to your old age and crunch of money as your hard-earned money has been denied to you by the respondents who are even not caring to reply the petition within the stipulated time. I hope Court shall have to consider your application and accordingly instructions shall be issued to the respondent and its compliance shall also be ensured.

THE IDEA IS GOOD BUT UNFORTUNATELY ADVOCATES CAN NOT TAKE LAWFULLY SUCH A PLEDGE AS THEY HAVE NO RIGHT TO DECIDE IF THE LITIGATION IS VEXATIOUS ,HOWEVER THEY ARE FREE TO PLEAD SO.
