my wife is not accepting marriage.i have a marriage photo but no negatives.shall i photograph the photo itself to get the negatives.i also have 2 witnesses of my marriage and a mail from her where she has accepted her marriage.is it enough to prove marriage in court.

Mr.Dipanker, On the basis of photograph without negative and two witness of marriage you can not prove the marriage.Its not easy to prove marriage in the court.simply file a application for restitution of conjugal right,if she denied marriage in the court,feel yourself lucky,if she does not denied,you need not to prove marriage and got decree from court for restitution of conjugal rights.

It is not known for what purpose you are trying to establish that she is your wife. However, mere photograph and two witnesses are not sufficient to prove a marriage in a court.

why are you trying to establish the marriage with a photo and witness If you cannot establish the same at her mind?
first try to sort out the real issue with the help of her friends/relatives so that a meaningful relationship develops.

Dear Author,
M surprised to see that now a days in our society the boy and girl after falling in love, solemnize their marriage and when their parents comes to know then usually the girl is used to take such types of steps.
I am unable to understand that how the today's generation is doing whereas the marriange is a holy bond!
