Wife's refusal for transfer of ownership to her husband

(Querist) 03 March 2016 This query is : Resolved
Sir,
Regards. To keep his wife happy, he opened a IT Company,took LIC Policies and bought a car (Bank loan), etc., in his Wife's name. Now, their relationship is strained, and she is living in her parents house for the past 21 months (i.e., she did not return after delivery of first child). She is a Sadist, as it becomes clear. Now, she is refusing to sign the documents for removing her name in the Company Ownership and transfer of car in my son's name, etc., Kindly advise the legal way to get them transferred in my son's name. Mrs. A.N. Rani.

If you want to run the IT Company, particularly if you are a partner/Director, and if the company is in profitable way, you have to adopt the procedures as laid down in the Partnership Act or Indian Companies Act, as the case may be.

2) If you are interested to continue the LIC Policy and Bank Car Loan, it is upto your wish. Or otherwise, cancel these issues, without payment.

3. The premiums of the policy have been paid by whom and how?

Sir,
1.Car loan was obtained in my Son's name; All the payments were/are being made from his account (by auto transfer of monthly instalments) & by Net Banking;
2. It is a Partner-ship Firm with just 2 as its partners.
3. Premiums were paid by my Son, through Net Banking from his A/c;
Kindly advise the way the Partnership Act suggests. Thanx Sir, A.N. RANI (Mother)
