Wife side prepare to file bigamy case

Dear Sir,

wife side is now balckmailing & threatening me to lodge bigamy case on me saying that, she has evidence and photo that i appointed one lady and working with me in my house at computer.

her father is saying to make compromise as he desire for all points. he wants a fixed amount pm from me.

kindly suggest that what to do? she can file bigamy case one me ? for filling case waht evidence will be required to proof ?

she has to prove that you have remarried during subsistence of earlier marriage .merely because you have a lady assistant who does computer work does not prove bigamy .

Employing a lady for work does not prove bigamy, she should prove remarriage. fully agree with the expert ajay sethi ji.
