Wife wants share of retiral benefits of husband serving in army

Sir,
Wife is drawing maintenance from the salary of husband who is serving in India Army under sec 91 of Army Act 1950. Now the husband is going to retire shortly from Army. Can wife claim a share from the retiral benefits of husband, if so then under what provision of law?

In General no. However, orders for maintenance need to be referred.
