Dear Experts,

Can u let mw know, within what period a registered will to be probated by the legal heirs, after the death of the Testator who left the will.

Will there be any legal issue in future from Govt agencies if the will has not been probated.

No time limit.
Without probate the Will can not be put into effect/execution.

Will is a special one.
It is completely different from other deeds because of its nature of circumstance, physical condition of the testator, the time at which the beneficiary come to know about the existence of will, etc shall constitute a special status to it, as such it does not require stamp paper, registration, etc.

However, it is advised to get it probated immediately, when one comes to know about the will.
This shall solve all the probable problems and disputes.
