A will is signed by the testator at the bottom right hand corner, one witness at the bottom left hand side, and by a beneficiary below the signature of the testator. The will is 38 years old and not executed but kept hidden by one of the beneficiaries decendants. Is the will valid and can it now be put up for probate after so many years ?

There is no time for probate however the will can be challenged on any grounds based on the defects in the will.

Yes , time gap is no bar for taking Probate though it will have to pass the usual test of being beyond any suspicion.

advises are correct but 38 years are great time,if post to death of testator succession as per law has prevailed against the testators will and inheritors have acted there on creating third party rights,THEN WHAT WILL HAPPEN makes me worried.??????????????????????
