I want to make a Will.I have only one child.

Is it necessary to get the Will registered? What are its advantages?

For obtaining a Succession Certificate/Probate,is a Registered Will required?

registration of will is optional . it is not necessary for probate that will should be regsitered .

however advisable to get will drafted by lawyer .it is necessary that will should be attested by 2 witnesses .
