I think there is no need for stamp paper.

If there is no registered Will before the Will typed on plain paper with witnesses is valid under any court of law

I agree with learned friends -
The Will Deed needs no Stamp Duty and need not be Registered - if it is properly executd , signed by the testator in the presence of the attesting Witnesses and it is with signatures of the Testator and Witnesses , it is valid Will Deed !
