The person hasn't filed the case yet but wants to file one. He is challenging the will on the grounds of fraud. The person does not claim any interest in the property. So the question is can he file a suit without having any interest in the property?
If no then which provision prevents him.

On what basis you say that he has no interest in the property? If he is your relation then Who is he?

In that case let him do whatever he wants. You cannot stop him from filing a case challenging the WILL. But once he files, you will be able to give appropriate reply before the Court and ask for the dismissal of his case, if what you say is true. Now you have nothing to do till such time he acts first.

In the given circumstances, first let his challenge come.
