property bequeated for religius purpose for instance for jamat should be used only that purpose. can anyone please let me know if there is any case law on this

Is it wakf or trust ? In both the cases,if the property is used against the purpose of deed,you can approach the registering authority and can prevent them from misusing it.

sir,
it's a trust. and now i am proposing to apply for injunction for restraining the members from using the trust property beyond testator's intention. so u have any citation supporting my action. thank u.

Better you apply to the Dy.Charity Copmmissioner of your region for issuing direction to the trustees.
