my mother expired recently . She has written and registred a will . In that will along with other brothers she has kept me a nominee . My brother who is abroad says we have to wait till he come for claiming money or property as mentioned in will
1 Is this will registred in registrar office be chanaleged in any court .
2 any need for brother to come for claiming rights as mentioned in will

The presence of your brother is not necessary to claim the property, and even you should not wait for him.
If you think that the said will is likely to be challenged then file a probate to get the terms of the will authenticated.

Yes....will as well as any document can be challenged after its registration. Your brother need not necessary come to claim. He can claim by a POA holder or with the help of an advocate specifically appointed by him for such specific purposes
