Will

Guest (Querist) 18 September 2018 This query is : Resolved
Hello,

I am 84 years old and I would like to get a "WILL" made. I cannot travel so I won't be able to visit the Court.
So in order to get the will registered will it be "mandatory" for me to visit the court as I also hear that my picture and the picture of the witnesses also gets clicked there.
Is there any way I can get the "WILL" made and won't have to visit the court. Currently I live in Kolkata.

What is secret in your keeping yourself as anonymous? Anonymous querists don't deserve any response.

A WILL need not be registered.

My query is not solved. I will appreciate if any learned lawyer could help me out.

If your query is not solved, it is you only, who do not want to get your query solved. Any specific reason for not answering my question?

Sir my question was genuine and it is very immature of you for not replying my question and marking this query as resolved. I believe you are not here to share your knowledge with the rest of us and thats alright but if you cannot help someone, the least you can do is not mark this query as resolved. There might be a good soul willing to help me.

Anonymous querists do not deserve any help.

OK, you may wait for the answer from some matured expert, if it very immature for me for not replying your question. I raised a query, just with the intention to help you, if you could satisfy me about your problem to be genuine. Even otherwise also, you cannot compel anyone to solve your hypothetical problem after seeing your arrogant response. Arrogant people like you make other experts also evasive in replying a query of anonymous author after noticing arrogance filled response on the part of the querist.

Mind it, I have not marked your query as resolved, it is the website software that automatically take the query solved even after a single response to the query.

You need to be the querist or approved LAWyersclub expert to take part in this query .
