Will court re-start proceeding?

(Querist) 04 October 2012 This query is : Resolved 
wife has changed her address after two hearings passed but neither she replied to notice nor she attended the court on hearing. whether court will re-start proceedings or we have to file an application to change wife's address?
divorce case has been filed by a husband against his wife in july 30,2012. husband got no notice from his wife's side.

u will have to file application in court for

change of address of ur wife and when court allows it then u will have to serve ur wife on her new address.

If proceedings are already in progress, there will be no question for restart of proceedings on change of address of any party. However, the court must be kept formally informed about any such change. You would need to serve the notice at the new address on approval by the court.
