Will of my mother

Dear Sir,

Please help.. as i'm so disappointed.
We are two brothers and one sister. my mother with the help of my elder brother makes a will without my and my sister's knowledge. She is trying to give most of the property to elder brother. but i need the equal right as all the property was built up by my loving father (he is not any more) but in the name of my mother. So my humble request is to please guide me accordingly; can i take any legal action or there is no use of taking any legal action.

Since the property was purchased in your mother's name, it will e treated as her self earned property and hence she can bequeath it to any one she chooses.

so what should i do now, what u suggest. Please help me... i'm married and have a small kid of 2 year too.

File a suit for partition and injunction so that you may not be immediately evicted from the suit property.
