Academic query.
State material facts of the problem if any.
How are you concerned / related with the query?
Looks like examination question.

IT+@Kumar Doab,
If FELT, you are not confirm about the Islamic law on property. In both the posts that you made, Mr. Kumar Doab has stated, "IT IS FELT."
Mind it, the querist has not asked for Mr. Kumar Doab's guess or feelings, but advice as per provisions of law.
However, as usual, that proves that you have made 2 vague and meaningless posts on this thread also.

My grand father has executed will on his all self acquired property in favour of my mother. After his death my father transferred all property (self acquired property and Ancestral property of my grand fathers ) on his name.. my father also died recently and my fathers first wife asking share in all the property. (My fathers first wife left home in 1983 and did not come, when she left home my father married to my mother in 1985.
And now she had field Suit in court.
