My Friend father wrote a WILL on before his death his 2 acers padi land on his grand son(Minor) and his son is Garden for that, but His son and daughter in law is separated each after 2 years (not taken divorce) his daughter in law go away along with his grand son from his son, now his son is live alone and he is not able to work because of his health condition. he want to sell those property and want to save the money in bank on FD and want to spend the interest for his needs.
Please advise me how to sell that property.,
He is in very poor condition, please help

A Guardian will not have any Rights.If you are so worried about your friend first Unite their Family and let your friend's wife and son come and settle with him.Then every thing would be Fine.Any other attempt would be Illegal and would lead to Criminal Offence.

How funny, the author asks about sale of willed property/land to get ready cash for use by investing in FD, BUT Mr. Doab, AS USUAL, SIDETRACKED THE ISSUE TOWARDS RCR AND RENDERED A COMPLETELY WRONG REPLY FOR UNIFICATION WITH WIFE? The irony is that Mr. Rajendra K Goyal has agreed with his advice also to flatten the fake expert Mr. Doab.
I may remind Mr. Doab that the question of the author was, "Please advise me how to sell that property," NOT on how to save his marriage, while he replied, "For the sake of child also they should try to save the marriage."

You and other experts also, have been asking me also, to come to rescue of @PSD while he was being virtually manhandled and thrashed by querist/authors: whom he has been attacking and abusing, in endless number of threads, for years.
In fact we all used to rush to rescue him.
In fact that was for the feeling of companionship that was fostered from depth of my heart at LCI.
I have been respectful, gentle with all querist/authors/experts/members.
I have been wholeheartedly sharing links etc for enriching discussions at LCI.
Mr. Rajkumar Makkad has already pointed out in a thread: POLITICS.
In that thread all Shrimanji’s and Shrimatiji’s, Kumariji’s etc have participated.

So far manhandling and thrashing by querist/authors is concerned, and your coming to my rescue is like the horns growing at the head of an ass. The question arises, when you are afraid of even revealing your real identity, how anyone can expect you to appear before me, what to say of coming to my rescue.
Moreover, a person like you, who is rendering absolutely wrong and misleading advice and also quite afraid of revealing identity can be afraid of manhandling and thrashing by the querists/ authors, not me, who always render correct advice and make the authors cautious about you as a fake and misleading expert.
So far as being a tout, your addressing of Mr. Sudhir Kumar, as "Shriman Sudhirji", "Mahodaiy Sudhirji" etc., itself denotes the language of a tout. Even otherwise also, you have more than one time admitted that you advise the querists to contact any one of the 20-25 lawyers of your choice. Not only that in several of threads you have openly asked the querists to contact one or the other lawyer.
But still even on more than 100 requests, you have not yet come with your real identity with real name, photo and location.
Anyway, can you clarify, WHY AND FROM WHOM YOU ARE AFRAID OF POSTING YOUR REAL IDENTITY (REAL NAME, PHOTO & LOCATION) IN YOUR PROFILE AT LCI?
As my doubt gets confirmed day by day on your not making clear about your real identity, are you really a criminal or a spy of Pakistan or ISISI and to avoid attention of law enforcing agencies, you have been trying to hide in the guise of a fake expert, as you devote most of your time on daily basis by making multiple vague and misleading posts against the queries of the people when you say you don't earn through LCI and may be operating cladestinely against the interests of India and the Indian public? When I raised my doubt, about your clandestine activities in response to his query, you still did not come to clarify your position for the last 15 days. That also confirms my doubt to the most extent about your being a criminal or an agent of Pakistan or ISISI.
