Dear Arpit,
It all depends as to what you want to practice as - Whether Chartered Accountant - Company Secretary or as an Advocate.
If you want to practice as an Advocate then you have to necessarily do a 3 year LL.B. Course. The courses like corporate law etc., alone will not help you to practice as an Advocate.
Yes, if you want to practice only as a CA then doing the courses in Corporate Law etc., would be an added advantage.
Company Secretary Course is a full fledged course like C.A. Many persons do it.
Be sure, any additional professional qualification i.e. CA + LLB, CA + CS, or CA + LLB + CS are deadly combinations.

My suggestion is joint in a LLB course (full time), and also join in the CS (correspondence course). As your a CA you will get some papers exemption in CS. All the best.

I would advise you to first focuss on CA papers. Take exemption for some papers to complete CS and then pursue law as a full-time Regular scholar. This can be surely achieved in five years time. All the Best.
