Respected sir,
After issue of advocate notice( notice to revoke a sale deed), the noticee without giving reply to the notice came for comproise and compromise agreement was signed on a plain paper.Whether this private compromise agreement is enforceable.whether the notice once issued can be withdrawn like this as per Civil Proceedure Code.whether the compromise concluded after issuance of legal notice without getting leave of court is valid in respect of immovable property. sir please guide me sir

In case of an agreement to revoke a registered sale deed, it should also be registered.

Mr. George, you have to file a suit for declaration for cancellation of such sale deed is must to meet your necessity.

Mr. George, if both the parties signed in the compromise agreement, the earlier notice sent to the other party is automatically cancelled and no effect will arise on that notice.

Advocates notice is not court matter and once the problem is resolved the matter ends once for all.
