I and my husband filed mutual consent a month back . I now want to try to see how this marriage can be preserved from destruction.can I withdraw my petition and if he is still not talking how can I stay with him . can he still be cold n not accept me

Yes, any of you can at any point of time withdraw respective consent. There is no force to appear in final hearing.

You must find out ways and means to save the marriage institution. There is no need to withdraw the petition,it has already been decided as you (both) desired and prayed; it's validity expires after 18 months. Do not file second motion petition within the period of 18 months from first motion and enjoy your married life. Best wishes
