withdrawing consumer case

Respected sir I have got all my answer of previous query thank you for that a lot . Now I am personally going to withdraw the case but just want to know my next date is 5 October , can I apply before my date for withdrawing the case from consumer forum?????

1. You are welcome, it is a good gesture to thank the experts for their selfless, free of cost and time consuming social service.
2. It would have been better if you would have posted this query in the same thread.
3. If your case is not listed on the day you want to withdraw, you will have to move an application praying to withdraw your case.
4. Otherwise, on the date of hearing your case file will be in the business of the Forum and convenient to pass appropriate orders.

Better withdraw on the date fixed as on off date the court may not allow your prayer.

The case was I recharged my number by air tel app , and they recharged wrong plan by there own technical fault ,I took all snapshot for this situation , I mailed air tel I sad give my money back or correct the mistake from your side , they didn't replied .
then I filed a case against them , the reply from them was "sim is not in name of the complainant thus he is not a consumer"
The problem is I can have POA from my friend(main owner) but he lives Saudi now really far from Delhi so i can't reach him currently, the case I filled in indore because at that time I was doing graduation in indore but 2 months ago I passed my graduation now settled in my home town Delhi.
The main reason of withdrawing is I am a student , currently unemployed , all close friends gone back to their home town , no extra money to hire lawyer in indore .
thus will not be able to attend court properly .
That's my whole story .
And I am really thankfull to all of you for helping other and me free of cost , I really appreciate your advice and job because it's really difficult to reply many questions in a day by mode of typing and stressing eyes .thank you once again
