It is not the final order/it is an intermidiatary (interim) order of a Civil case in Delhi High Court.....

if its an interlocutory order by a Civil Judge then first file an appeal before the District Judge, with in 30 days.

after DJ court, the matter is to be taken to HC by way of Revision Petition under Art.227 of the Constitution of India...

I am yet, confused that whether to approach High Court Double Bench or the District Judge or Trial Court or what else???

If You are still confused then why are you not stating against whose order and in what proceedings you have to file appeal.Make a habit of stating facts so that you may have opinions without any confusion.Do not have you any lawyer engaged in your case?????????
