How a work order is released ,what is the difference between work order and agreement.does it comes under performance of contract.

Pure academic question.

Whether you have gone through the provisions of Indian Contract Act, wherein the term agreement has been defined?

After conclusion (acceptance) of agreement the party (proposer) shall ask the other party (accepter) to execute the work as per stipulations of the Order placed on them.
