Dear senior Adv,
pls advice on below
1.if a bar enroled Adv got appointed in a company as a legal advicer,is this consider as employement?
2.if adv worked as legal advicer ,but get fee as advice given ,is this consider as work,
3.is the junior adv should work as assistent for senoir is complosary.
4. what is pay get for junior is they join senoir as assisent/junior.

Dear Sir,
1.if adv appointed as legal advicer,then he as to surender his certificate to bar ?
and is bar will cancell his enrolment?
2.the full time appointed monthly salired legal advicer can not practice in court ?

One option to you that you can raise "Retainer/consultancy fee" to the company to avoid surrender your certificate.
