Is it necessary to make five days working week if the daily working hours are extended up to 9 hours?

or does working hours includes lunch or breaks time?

Working hours differs from state to state.

Total working hours in a week should not go beyond 48 hours, if there are 9 working hours are there in a day.

There is no separate law in Rajasthan. 48 working hours are to be devoted for work and apart from this lunch or other break may be given.
