sir,
Being a petioner of the above case I am supposed to wait further because the prevuious Trustee of the Sri Jaganath Temple temple(other than PURI Jaganath ) is not giving charges / the endoment inspector is not taking the charge of the temple for due complition of bidding of 5 acre land @ rate of up set price (much higher than other prices of Govt and private ) Rs 6,00,000/- . The matter is of 2007 and revival of management trustee file is pending under BJD party law minister as confirmed by RTI but the trustee is from Congress party and I am neutral to all being an ex-serviceman. Now the aim of trustee is to side line me by making the matter delay in not giving charges under alligation that they are not officialy trustee.
My question is whether I can take another order from high court to purchase the said land @ Rs 6,01,000/- under the higher upset price, because I have already offered this price to Commissioner of Edoment Bhubaneswar after above court order .
The order of court too , as disposed was not carying any time limit but the matter is being repeatedky delayed since 2007 and management of deity is poorely managed against no income from FD intrest of sold land or other wise.
Please advice whether to go again the High Court for a sale order to me with the above price with in certain time limit .
If so when and how.
Thanks

You should go to the High court and should offer the sale price and should also pray to dispose off the matter of handing over the charge within a stipulated time and endowment commissioner be directed to submit his ATR within a stipulated period failing which he shall be personally liable.
If you do not get this done, it is not going to derive results during your life time.

Yes! you should revisit High Court for appropriated reliefs and adequate directions.
