You asked
"How HUF can be created and what are the essential conditions which required to be fulfilled in order to constitute HUF"

before few minutes

Mr. S Shah provided you with a very short reply.

Your intentions are clear, You want to learn. So I recommend to go in Library, and read the entire details, that can help you. We here can only direct you .

It seems that this student has treated the experts as like tutors so he is asking such questions.
shah parth (Querist) 28 January 2012

We are all once students. But, we used to ask questions first to the teacher, and then refer the book, finally will seek the help of the experts.

Your query, is a very basic question. It is very much available in your book. You should go through that first.

This forum is for extending help for the persons who are having real cases.

This is not a online tuition.

am still student.. doing my m.l.. ha ha haa..

dear parth., dont try to show your anger by irresponsible reply..

if you are hungry mean will you have it by self or ask any one to feed you?
[if your hand is any problem mean we ready to feed you] so just read art32 and 226 of our constitution..

MR.Shroff,

That is what we are doing now days, with these kind of queries.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 28 January 2012
We are life long students being lawyers. Who can deny this but we first of all try to learn from latest books then ask from our seniors then discuss with friends and lastly from unknown persons.

Parth follow our path now.

I am looking for a long stick which can which can stretch upto Madurai.
M/s. Y-not legal services (Expert) 29 January 2012
why sir? doing m.l is prohibited offense?

-tom-
Advocate. Arunagiri (Expert) 29 January 2012
Offense 1: You made me to presume that the author is doing M.L.

Offense 1: You are claiming as "Still Student". Still student is a continuity of the student status. You are not still student, you are "Student". (what a great explanation and English interpretation. Self appraisal by Riginarua. )
