Hi,
greetings
can anybody provide me a format of writ petition for obtaining Direction for C.I.D. enquiry from the High Court.

There is no prescribed format. For writ petition you can not get a tailor made format.As far as writ is concerned, you should concentrate on the grounds and you establish how your right get violated.
Dont forget to include the impugned order/communcation as part of typed set of documents.

A ready made format will not be help ful. Engage an advocate who is familiar with the writ cases.

Case specific detailed justification will be necessary to be included in the writ petition, which may not be possible through any predesigned template.
