Sir,
I had engaged one lawyer, Advocate-on-Record - supreme court, New Delhi. I am staying at Ahmadabad at present. I had submitted all relevant papers on 28 October. Thereafter He was not making proper communication with me. He is not attending my call. I understand that he is watching my whatsApp messages but not replying back. At the end of December, he had told me, through whatsApp that he was very busy for year end work. One another advocate (may be his friend) had submitted my writ petition On December, 24. I came to know through Delhi high court site that petition was having defects. Yesterday, petition was returned back to Advocate. The advocate will be filling appendix next week.
I am little bit confused whether I have selected right advocate or not.
Kindly guide me.
