Can a respondent file a reply earlier the date given by highcourt?
Reply can be sent through post to highcourt directly without lawyer?

Yes respondent can file counter or reply as earlier before the date given by court at registry, after serving notice to the other party.

Yes. You can do it even earlier . There is no bar. But you cannot send it by post. Either you do it as party in person or through your advocate.

you cannot send reply by post . you need not engage advocate . you can file reply in person
