Sir written objection filed by respondents-1 in WP file in high court, case is closed on 2006 now similar case by other party against same respondents-1 in high court can he refer the written objection filed by respondents-1 in 2006 case now in the high court will the court admit the written objection filed by respondents-1 in 2006

Yes new party who filed the new case can refer the written objection of respondent 1 in his new case for his benefit means for any admitted position etc. Also respondent can file fresh written objection or reply in new case.

You are not clear whether both the case are similar in nature arising out of same cause of action.

1. It is a vague query with incomplete information.
2. The respondent has to file "counter-affidavit" in response to a writ petition and not "written statement". Recheck with your lawyer.
3. Whether the writ is still pending since 2006?
4. What is the nature of writ petition?

Consult your lawyer or some other local prudent lawyer, you have neither any relevant information qua writ nor full details of writ petition pending/filed now nor specific query.
