You are required to file your reply within 30 days of service of notice from the Court (native place-where it is filed/ pending)without waiting for the outcome of your transfer application pending in High Court.

If you have not already filed a transfer application, you may have to file a written statement in the present court on the next date of hearing.

The case of transfer application has no relevance with filing of written statement.
