Wrong pan mentioned while deducting tds

I was working under retainer ship with a company. They deposited the TDS deducted showing wrong PAN in for 16A given to me. I filed tax return, but not getting refund due to wrong pan. Company moved all their operation to Gurgaon(Haryana)and getting no response from them.

What can be done to get refund from IT office?

No one can help you except company, who dedcuted tds. Contact company and ask to rectify mistake with IT department.

Send them a legal notice, if they are not responding.

You can make a written complaint to Income Tax Officer of your area to the effect that your employer is not providing you proper and accurate details depriving your valuable right of refund of TDS and let him initiate action. You can also serve a legal notice to do the needful.
