wrong termination

Sir, Mujhe bina kisi notice ke job se alag Sir, Mujhe bina kisi notice ke job se alag kar diya hai aur tl se hr se tak ful and kar diya hai aur tl se hr se tak ful and final ke liye sabhi mujhe resignation ke final ke liye sabhi mujhe resignation ke liye kah rahe hain. Aug 2011 se 4year ab liye kah rahe hain. Record the demands of resignation from you (audio/visual/witnessed/minuted).

If you were conveyed termination verbally then you may minute it in writing addressed to good offices of appointing authority/MD/Chairmen under proper acknowledgment and that you are being forced to submit resignation and have not been allowed to attend office from dated.......by Mr/Ms.....


IN case of termination you are eligible to get notice pay/retrenchment compensation.

If you are unable to handle on your own take help of elders in the family, employee's/trade union leaders, Labor Law consultant,.......................and approach:
