you are well aware.why then is the query?
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 16 April 2012
Written argument can not be made part of the record. It is to assist the court which the court is not bound to consider.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 16 April 2012
There is no need to move an application to put the written argument on the file or to make it as a part of court record as there is no such legal provision. If you want to bring the facts in the knowledge of the court by way of written argument, it is ok. You can do so.
R.K Nanda (Expert) 16 April 2012
You can file written arguments in the court
to just assist the court. No need of any application.
