You does not seem to be worried that your mother might commit suide and leave this world and you.

You want legal methods to save you from your mother's suide?

You should take care of your mother.

If she can be an excelent grandmother, she can be better in other roles too.

Take her to a good pshycologist and consult with him.

She is your first child now. If your children behaves this way, would you put similiar query?

Also check whether your wife threatens or abuses your mother in your absence.

In many cases, wives have done this to their MIL and turn the story other way.

Forget all legal methods. Get her psycological consultation.
