@ Author,

1.
It is not fault of ‘woman aka wife’. Without fire there is never a smoke. If counselors know as reported by their takes in same news feed then they are said to be in hand in glove flourishing such alternate cottage industry in Family Courts.

2. It is duty of counselors to stand up and say NO and give direction to Court to finish case in 60 days. Even Family Court have duty cast upon themselves to finish case in 60 days which is mandate. They have all the powers as Family Court Act says they can make their own Rules. They can as soon a case admitted make Rule cast to finish hearing in 60 days come what may come from either party sides read with each sides amicus curies subjective/objective strategies. If they cannot and yet they are affixing stamp-seal on such demands of ‘pay-ups’ then it could also be reasonably alleged they are also giving fire to such cottage industry

3. Flip above two takes if neither counselor nor family court has spine to stand against it, then I do not think judiciary is performing correctly its social duties for which Family Court Act was first of all formed.
